The Prix Villégiature, founded in 2003, is one of the most acclaimed awards in the French luxury travel industry and recognises the best hotels in Europe. Categories include: Best Service, Best Interior Design, Best Architecture, Best Hotel Bar, Best Resort, etc. The jury is composed of some of the most important travel journalists in France who make up an impartial and highly discerning board, thus the awards are highly regarded throughout Europe as competition is extremely high.

When the candle is lit, the wax melts and is applied at a perfect 38 degrees Celsius: an ideal temperature for the skin to absorb the natural oils while muscles release tension.
